An award-winning city manager, Sheryl Sculley served the city of San Antonio from 2005-2019. During her tenure, she recruited top talent, vastly improved the city’s financial management, led the development of the three largest bond programs in city history totaling $2 billion in infrastructure improvements and much more. Having worked in city management in three cities and states over 45 years, Sheryl retired from public service last year. She has also been a volunteer reading tutor in SAYL’s Reading Buddy program.
